Welcome to The Servants Team Missionary out reach of Troy Montana

Honored to have began our journey in March of 2011. Helping others to a relationship with Jesus Christ. We have learned we can not please God without having faith. As we walk through the process of helping another to Pray for God’s wisdom, Seek through God’s Word, and allow the Holy Spirit to reveal all truth. Having more faith in the process Jesus taught than the regulations of organized religion will always bring glory to God!

Earl Teats and Darlene (Dar) We do not claim to be perfect people the only perfection ever seen for real was Jesus Christ himself! We sin and make mistakes. Every day we ask God for forgiveness and strive to be a better example today than yesterday.

4 steps to discipleship demonstrated by Jesus Christ

When we can understand the process of being a laborer for God’s glory in what we practice daily. It will allow the fruit on the tree to become plentiful.

We can learn from the Gospels how Jesus let his daily walk be the example. He was not concerned with what the highest ranking priests, pharisees, and church leaders considered necessary for one to be qualified to point to the truth.

Their hunger to be in charge became far more important than setting the example of God’s love in the actions lived daily. Taking 10 basic commandments and turning them into over 600 activities to satisfy the pride of accomplishments and titles to identify levels of achievements also referred to in the bible as works.

Consumed by the desire of control and power over the people their greed became so powerful that they had the only person to ever walk the Earth in complete perfection put to death on the cross. As Jesus was rose from death the new covenant of 2 simple commandments became the foundation of what God’s children are to practice.

In His daily walk Jesus demonstrated 4 actions to the disciples that He desired them to carry on with to grow the family of God. A disciple is defined as a follower of Jesus Christ. All who believe in Jesus Christ are considered the church. Of which Jesus says not one is good and without Him we can do nothing!

The 4 actions when practiced is an obedience to truth and Jesus taught that the truth sets us free! It takes no degree or title to point to the truth. When tempted by the devil himself Jesus answered “It is written.”

It was not a philosophical debate.

Knowing the truth brings knowledge of what to do and when implemented with action transforms into wisdom. Jesus taught in the temple many times from the scrolls we know as Proverbs. There it is stated to value wisdom more than silver or gold!

Utilizing the 4 steps 12 disciples created the largest movement known as christian living in the history of all the world. Notice Jesus did not require a single one of them to go get a degree or title before they demonstrated how to practice these 4 simple steps.

Jesus understood that even imperfect people can practice 4 simple actions and the result of those actions from imperfect people would be a perfect process. A process that never fails! A process that brings glory to God! And a process that brings more fruit on the tree. A process anyone can embrace and duplicate!

This process is what Jesus died on the cross so that You are qualified to practice! It is an ongoing process that lasts until Jesus takes us all home.

The first step is PRAYER found in Matthew Chapter 7.

Here we see a major promise that to all who ask they will receive. Not just the good boys and girls but all who ask. We all fall short yet God shares His mercy and by His Grace we are invited to ask. It is impossible to receive without first asking.

I have lost count how many times the singe event that put hope into the eyes of God’s children was to have a prayer request board each week. As they recognized through the process of God hearing their prayers they become hungry to draw near to him with prayer.

And the bible promises us that as we draw near to God He will draw near to us.

The second step is to Seek God’s Word to see the truth that sets us free. Also Matt. Chapter 7.

Again from the words spoke by Jesus to all who seek they will find. Paul shares in Romans Chapter 12 that we must not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds. If all we sow into our heart is the chaos of the world and it’s problems how then will the glory of God manifest?

Jesus says out of the abundance of the heart speaks the mouth. Are we putting God’s word into our heart daily more than the world’s agenda?

In John chapter 14 Jesus reminds the disciples that the Holy Spirit will reveal all the truth spoke by Him. How can we bring God glory if we are not feeding ourselves the truth spoke by Jesus? It has to be taken into our heart as the rock we build our spiritual house upon.

Jesus is real clear to seek first the kingdom of God and all else will fall into play. Matt Chapter 6.

When one prays for God’s wisdom then spends time in God’s Word often a circumstance that is being read in the bible will parallel what they are experiencing in their life at the time. This provides the time to take an action that brings glory to God or repeat the lesson until that practice under those circumstances brings glory to God.

Again time in God’s Word gives us the knowledge of what to do and when we then put it into practice we attain God’s wisdom. Jesus refers it as the one who builds their house on the Rock of His truth more than the sand of the worlds logic. Matt Chapter 7

Step 3 Apply the knowledge from seeking God’s Word.

Set the example of God’s love in your actions by doing what the bible says more than looking at how someone else is not! Obedience to God’s Word will allow them to see His fruit on Your branch!

Jesus demonstrated compassion while the pharisees valued religious traditions.

As we take the action of drawing near to God by doing what the bible says our love for God opens our eyes to what needs pruned off our branch that does not bring glory to God.

As we filter more of God’s word through our hearts than the cares of the world. Our desire for things not glorifying to God deteriorates over time. As you can see it is a process.

Jesus describes the pruning of our branch in John Chapter 15

Step 4 Exercise your faith and plant the seeds.

We can see Jesus share in Mark Chapter 4 about the law of sowing and reaping. 4 seeds are planted and only 1 produces fruit. When our purpose is to help others to a relationship with Jesus. We must somewhere along the line depend on God for what we can not see.

We know if we ask to receive, seek to find in God’s Word the Holy Spirit will reveal all truth. In the revelation of truth from the Holy Spirit will come all necessary conviction of sin. Jesus will judge all so our part is to plant the seed and trust God for the rest.

Without faith the bible tells us we can not please God.

1st Corinthians Chapter 13 we learn the patience and attitudes of God’s love. We must give others the same as we point them through this process. We are also reminded there that LOVE never fails.

Jesus tells us Matt Chapter 7 Difficult is the path to life and there are few who find it. It is much easier to see falts someone else it is difficult to work more on correcting our own. As we place our trust in Jesus and step forward one day at a time the more of His love will shine through our actions.

A life without Jesus Christ every time all the time feels incomplete. Sometimes the only part of Jesus a person will see is the Jesus working through us. The process of living the 4 steps of discipleship will bring to life what always felt missing.

Below here is a 30 day bible study journey through the words spoke by Jesus.

In the video below we share what to expect as a child of God as we learn how to follow the instructions in His Word. Looking for the perfect church is impossible because Jesus Christ is the only person who displayed flawless perfection. What is discovered over time is the devil had 3 major weapons he attacked Jesus with. He attacks church members in all religions following the bible exactly the same today.

The real church is all of us who believe in Jesus Christ.  Using the notes from the process taught in this website. Notes were taken From Jan 1 through Jan 7 2023 and this message shares the results. The moral of the parable we share is the title of the video message enjoy!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be personally mentored by Jesus Christ?

Are you aware that there is and the process is pretty simple to practice?

Would it even surprise you to know that Jesus even told us in the bible to ask to receive?

Did you know Jesus can speak to you through the words in red otherwise known as the 4 gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John (3 chapters per day 30 days)?

Just like we do in our bible study we simply Pray and ask for God’s wisdom before we read three chapters starting in the book of Matthew. Each day we write down 3 things that stood out the most to us personally. After 30 days you can look back on a journal of 3 messages per day from Jesus Christ to YOU!

When you go through a period in life of prayer, time in the Word, and 3 ways to apply it to YOU thirty days in a row it builds your faith and brings strength to your relationship with Jesus Christ! You know first hand from him what he expects and what he has promised.

Armed with those certain truths as a Child of God no religion or theological debate with a PHD or Master Degree can ever strip you from the common sense from our Lord Jesus Christ.  From this simple habit of Prayer, 3 chapters, & writing down 3 things that stood out the most.

We can see how to trust God to be the judge of people as we introduce them to Jesus Christ. God provided us his Word and the gift of prayer. Jesus made sure as we asked to receive and spend time in the Word. The Holy Spirit will teach us also known as The HELPER!

When the only tuition is prayer and the instructor is The Holy Bible the last peace of the puzzle is YOUR application of this simple process.  We pray for Jesus to bless you far past your thoughts.

It was the very process that we practiced to go from strung out on booze and homeless in 2005 to over 18 years sober with this ministry out reach in action today. We do not beg for donations to share Gods truth. Our ministry out reach is self funded. We are very grateful to projecthealthywealth.com/ for sponsoring this webpage.
